What they do in OT all depends on her specific needs so everyone's experience will be a bit different.  They are all play based though so chances are she will have fun going to it.  You do what you think is best for your child and eventually let whatever everyone says roll off your back.  It takes time but I couldn't give a crap what they all say or think nowadays.  The choices we made for our children has made all of our lives happier and better and that is all that matters.
